We started Good Air Heating & Cooling because we saw too many people getting the runaround in the HVAC world. Lane began his career in construction out in Seattle, learning hands-on under his uncle and later teaching himself the ins and outs of the trade. After relocating to Kansas City, MO, he worked for local companies, earned his EPA certification, and decided it was time to build something better.

Greg joined Good Air Heating & Cooling as a co-owner to help build a company that not only delivers quality service in the field but also operates with structure, transparency, and long-term vision. With a focus on business operations, customer experience, and the technology that supports both, he ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes. His role helps keep the service efficient, communication clear, and customers confident in every step of the process.

Emma plays a key role in the daily operations of Good Air Heating & Cooling as the company’s Account Manager.
